Every year the marching band at my HS takes a prip to New York to see a musical show. So, on October 29, 2003...we went to
see "Wicked" (ironic, seen as the band show's theme that year was The Wizard of Oz). It was the best musical i had ever seen...and i instantly fell in love with it...the story, the music...amazing!
I drew this when i was reading the book Wicked, which the mucical is based off of. This is the main character, Elphaba. Ever since reading the book i've gotten a new respect for the wicked witch of the east...and i felt kind of a connection with her....not that i'm green and am allergic to water, but just not seeming to fit in or do anything right.
