*points to self* I think the village is missing it's idiot.

I am so pissed at myself right now...PISSED!!!! This past saturday I worked for about four hours on a digital painting; one I'm really excited about. I could tell it was an improvement in my technical skills. And guess what the village idiot did? She wanted to experiment with something, so she created a second version of the original PSP file to play with - and this idiot saved it as v.2. Yea, I can hear you all cringing. I had no idea until today when I went to go finish it up (there were only a few more damn things I had to do!!) and PSP said it couldn't open the file, that it wasn't a file type recognized. Luckily, I had a program that would recognize it so I could at least see what it had looked like. But I lost my layers and the quality of the image...four hours of work - gone. Now I have to decide if I want to work on the image I salvaged or start from scratch on the back-up file. SON OF A BITCH!

Sorry for the rant. I needed to release my frustration somehow, and since I can't punch the cement wall without breaking my hand (or throw things without scaring my roommate) this was the next best thing. Plus, maybe some of you have been in my boat before and it's nice to share my artistic troubles with people who understand.
